Niko Posted 14July, 2014 Report Share Posted 14July, 2014 After a discussion with BAFE in another post, regarding the return or not of Vic plates, when canceling your current rego. VICROADS used to let you hang onto and destroy the old plates yourself. When in VICROADS last week putting the B.B. on club plates, they would not cancel my current rego until I handed in the old plates. Today I get an email from VICROADS advertising the availability of old plates again...for $495.00 per set. Green on white and the blue on white. Issued from 1977-2000. No wonder they wanted my old ones back. Obviously you get nice new ones, with the original logos, ie GARDEN STATE.
