Mledwards Posted 2September, 2015 Report Share Posted 2September, 2015 My first post on this forum. Am living in London and bringing my 2009 model 997.2 Carrera S Cabriolet with PDK to Sydney at end of this year. Given the much higher temps in Sydney should I be looking at fitting the 3rd radiator (read somewhere that from 2010 that was standard) plus the LTT? Welcome advice as I suspect that it's better to fit here before I export my car
Mike737 Posted 2September, 2015 Report Share Posted 2September, 2015 I wouldn't think you would need a centre mounted radiator unless your planning on doing a few track days during the height of summer.Definitely do whatever mods you want before sending back over as you should save quite a few dollars. rankoutsider Posted 14September, 2015 Report Share Posted 14September, 2015 The kit here in AU is around $1100 AUD + Fitting. You can get it in the US for around $800 USD (ECS Tuning, Suncoast) + Freight. It's not really necessary IMO, unless you plan on tracking it regularly.
