The UK 930 need to be talked out off

Guys,

Once again the 1988 930 (UK) is on my mind. Reduced price. I understand all the rust issues, not concerned about body as much as mechanicals..., ummm.., seller said engine is fine but for slight oil leak which looks like its coming from the sump.

ummm.., have to see Louie.

Just tired of the cab. And this one is a coupe (no sunroof).

5 speed only came out in the 89 mod.

I would ask if is a factory fit 5 speed.

You dont want one of the short BH 5 speeds.

Thats the main issue as I see it.

Oh, and get rid of the 18s.

Not a good idea on the 930.

17s are fine.

17s are fine.

Thanks Vas. I had the AFR checked by Louie, all good. Everything seems to be fine. Maybe Im paranoid about the mileage on the 930.

Daily drive? Should read 'daily racer'.

Dont forget it has a five speed.

To fit it up with a G50 costs about 20k.

Makes it look good at that price.

Never going to be an investment with all the body mods.

But, make a bloody good track car. :)
