How about some brooms and a bit of elbow grease...old school... 'Any' road can be made 'closed' or 'one way' with enough radios/phones and people ; ) Eg 'Round Robin' 3 people, 3 cars, 3 cb/2 way radios/phones with conference call & headsets... Party at either end of the 'stage' as spotters to keep an eye out for approaching traffic/state revenue collectors etc... Take it in turns. Competitive? Time it. Make it interesting?
