Caledonian Posted 2August, 2013 Report Share Posted 2August, 2013 Looking to draw on the experience of the elders of this forum.... Just got some new engine and gearbox mounts and after doing some research it appears there is some debate on how the washers should be orientated.... Q1. Which way do the washers go? ( this way down or) this way up...Q2. Should there be washers top and bottom? the parts manual and PP parts list indicates 4 are required, when i replaced mine there was only washers on top.Anybody know
Uncle Posted 2August, 2013 Report Share Posted 2August, 2013 I have the "sport" (read Cab) gearbox mounts with them on the top and the bottom. I have billet engine mounts with them also on the top and the bottom. Before the billet mounts I had some kind of aftermarket sport type mounts also with them on top and bottom.
