1980_924_2L_TURBO Posted 16September, 2014 Report Share Posted 16September, 2014 Hi, Is there a way to adjust the amount of fuel from the mechanical fuel injection for a supercharger upgrade.
Pauly Posted 16September, 2014 Report Share Posted 16September, 2014 You should be able to adjust fuel trim but i don't think you can compensate that much fuel for a supercharger setup. Me personally would get a standalone so you can electronically adjust the fuel and timing and you'll actually gain some bottom end torque, some hp and throttle response. There are kits you can get for the 2L to block of the dizzy, tirgger wheels, fuel rail ect. http://garage.ideola.com/

tazzieman Posted 16September, 2014 Report Share Posted 16September, 2014 You'll end up with a supercharged 928 one day ; I believe they are rather fun.
Pauly Posted 16September, 2014 Report Share Posted 16September, 2014 I'm not sure how much difference the chassis is in the 924 and 924s but if you can drop a 968 engine and gearbox in the 924, you'll have an amazing track weapon.
tazzieman Posted 16September, 2014 Report Share Posted 16September, 2014 If you can discover what Porsche did to wring well over 400hp from the 2L in the 924 GTR , that will be entertaining and lively on the track.
