993 Steering wheel repair

Other than getting a trimming specialist to recover it, I don't think there's much you can do to repair it. Depends how bad it is.

I use Swissvax leather cleaner and their leather conditioner (primarily for seats but works on all leather). Not the cheapest stuff, but it works well. It's more a band-aid than a repair, but it will stop the leather getting worse and protect the parts that haven't torn.

9er is selling a recovering kit in the For Sale section. Maybe find out if it suits your style wheel?
