tazzieman Posted 6May, 2015 Report Share Posted 6May, 2015 Perhaps I need manhelp , but I just don't seem to be able to get excited by this. I like noise , bumps , the possibility of breakdown (and thus true adventure)) and not paying LCT. I suppose I should get excited at saving the planet, but I'm putting my money on poor old Nepal first.

Peter M Posted 8May, 2015 Report Share Posted 8May, 2015 Tazzie,You're suffering an affliction called "contentment" which is also associated with "clarity".There is no need to worry unduly as this is a state that everyone eventually aspires, usually only realising this state after a cathartic experience that comes from a realisation that many things we used to worry about previously do not actually amount to much in the broader scheme of things. I include direct fuel injection in this category too but acknowledge that Robert Bosch has been an almost constant companion on my life's journey. However I agree that catastrophe in Nepal is one of few things that really matter and that's where we should be expending our energies.
