Air con

Hi Guys and gals,

Hopefully im in the right section to post this question.

I have a 1985 911 Carrera 3,2 with aircon.

The A/C does not work.

Is it better to remove the belt from the pump or leave it on.

Will it cause any problems leaving on if it doesnt work or will it cause problems if I remove it.

Thanks in advance.

HECTOR

Hi Pete

Check out a mob called Cooldrive, they specialise in car air conditioning components.

A 'Scroll' refrigerant compressor would give you the best 'Co-efficient of Performance'

As for your Ute... Take the magnet out of the glove box.

I'm off to the Motorclassica this morning
