GUT Posted 3September, 2016 Report Share Posted 3September, 2016 I'm heading down to Pt Lonsdale for Father's Day tomorrow, so I thought it might be a good opportunity for a detour.So...at this stage, this is the rough plan:6am depart Melb (I'm leaving from Abbotsford)Head towards ColacTurn off somewhere around Rickett Marsh and aim for Skenes CreekGOR through Lorne, AngleseaGeelongOn to Pt Lonsdale for meRoughly 375km as a round trip back to Melb (leaving out Pt Lonsdale)This is a bit of a recon mission for a proper GOR SMT sometime soon. 90sF1Kid Posted 4September, 2016 Report Share Posted 4September, 2016 Traveled down to Geelong with the mrs this morning for fathers day with her old man.Unfortunately i couldn't take the 944 as i was devoid of a rear number plate. The car seems to be missing the standard number plate bracket and the PO had drilled holes in the center of his NSW plates in order to fit them, i'd prefer to keep my plates in good nick and find a mounting bracket to do the job.Will be looking forward to the GOR SMT, hopefully i'll be available Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
