Port 911 Posted 21March, 2017 Report Share Posted 21March, 2017 Ok it could be a silly question, but what is the best way to remove the centre console switches in a 944, the one for the power sunroof is having issues, so first I need to get it out.From images of the switch, I see it needs to be released from below, so do I need to remove the complete centre console, or if I remove the compartment under the stereo will I be able to get to the underside of these switches.Any pointers welcome. Airhead Posted 21March, 2017 Report Share Posted 21March, 2017 Take the cover of the gear lever and get in under to squeeze the switch tabs - Or pull the ashtray and get it from both sides. Fiddly but it works without damaging the switch. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
