The problem is we need them to step up in our time of need, when something we held dear that was important to us has been damaged or is gone. And they need to prevent their losses because so many people commit insurance fraud in this country... Oh well...I hope you get a successful outcome without too much bother. Try dropping the 'Ombudsman' bomb on them and see if that nudges things along. Thanks Nick, appreciate your kindness. Life hasn't been all that much fun the past 6 or 8 weeks.
