To keep the noise DB down you could put a pair of supertrap on the ends ............Supertraps allow you to fit baffle plates in them to adjust volume ....very popular with Rotary owners BITD .. Absolutely, maybe there is baffling, etc, inside that system they have made up, but from that view it just looks like some 3" pipes with a couple of small resonators.
