Door rubber alignment

Hi all, just wondering if the alignment of the B pillar rubbers as seen in the photos below are normal, or if these can be made to be better with minimal gaps? Does anyone have any ideas on how I can fix these to at least make them even on both sides - drivers side much worse than passenger side.

Appreciate any feedback. Cheers.

Kind of looks like the rear window isn't in properly. In your picture, where your finger is, the window frame, glass seal, and door frame, should all be parallel to each other.  Take some measurements from known fixed points on both sides as shown below, and compare them.

Perhaps post an image of the entire driver's side window and door.  If the door itself is correctly aligned, then the window frame in the door can also be out of alignment (it can be jiggled a bit if needed), relative to the body frame and that reflected in the rubber seal position.
