D-banger Posted 19April, 2013 Report Share Posted 19April, 2013 What happened to the days when petrol pricing was like clockwork? Fill up by midday on a Thursday, knowing that later that day petrol would go up 14cents , or so. At least the pattern was consistent. So consistent that if it was a long weekend you knew the price would go up a day earlier. Now it's all over the place

T-Man Posted 19April, 2013 Report Share Posted 19April, 2013 Interesting observation Doug. The only time you can read the trend is before a long weekend. Guaranteed to be up then. Now was the 122.9 before or after shopping docpket discount? But that's a whole other thread!!!!!

D-banger Posted 19April, 2013 Author Report Share Posted 19April, 2013 Yeah those regular weekly movements were prior to 2008...so going back a few. "The good ol days" Prices stayed low over Easter...which was a surprise. Price quoted is for regular after 8c shopping voucher discount so add 14c for 98 RON.
