michel Posted 28January, 2014 Report Share Posted 28January, 2014 There are a couple of similar threads on other forums and thought it could be a useful and used to help locate items from your car e.g. an engine, prior ownership info & history etc. To start it off I had in 2008 I wanted to find out a bit of back story on my 1971 T, that had been imported into Australia in 1987 and converted to RHD. So I put a wanted to find add on pelican to locate the 2 American owner(s) of my car. After a couple of false starts I had a tip off late last year and with the help from a mate (Terry) living in LA made contact with the family of the original owner, John L WIlliamson. The son still lived in the local area and kindly forwarded a couple of images of the car taken in 1973 at Palm Desert. I understand the car was sold not long after these pictures taken. Shame the car has not kept its original colour and makes me think about having it repainted. Still looking to make contact with the second owner - Dennis Bramnick
