clutch-monkey Posted 30January, 2015 Report Share Posted 30January, 2015 long shot: i'm working in bairnsdale vic of all places for two weeks from feb 15th on short notice, and will need transportation to a) get there and b ) do my job , and it's not really close to anything.. hire car companies want my left kidney for anything over that period of time, so i'm asking here on the off chance someone has a spare shitbox they are okay with lending someone haha. cheers blokes! clutch-monkey Posted 31January, 2015 Author Report Share Posted 31January, 2015 No idea what's down there. Mainly it's cheaper to fly to Syd and drive 7 hours than it is to fly to Melb and drive 4. Have friends in Sydney I can stay the night at. One of them has offered the use of his rx7 but I think a hire car will be cheaper.. Things like having to untick insurance, much like the sunroof option, miss it you get it. "Rent a Bomb" in Melbourne (Tullamarine) will pick you up and drop off at the airport if its in normal business hours or prior arrangement.
