Show us your home made RS door trims

So I'm thinking about making my own RS door trims.  Help me out here. Who's made their own? What backing board did you use? Construction materials, etc. Post some piccies.

 I've made door trims before, and used 3mm MDF and a low density foam. I have loads of the MDF here in 2700 x 1200 if want some. Can cut it to be easier to pick up or deliver

These were made for my car by Lee Brothers here in Brisbane and might give you some idea of how they did them. Can't remember what they cost, I can dig out the invoice if you're really interested PM me.

I made mine with some mdf and vinyl, cost about $3.20
