Good luck on your 987 hunt, there are plenty out there and as all will tell you, when you look like closing in on one. A PPI is a must. Won't get into the fors and against onManual Vs Tip you sound like you know what your after.Plenty here to help you with any questions, and great to possibly have another Boxster joining our ranks inthe not too distant future.
