Where to buy RS door pulls?

Chasing some RS door pulls and plastic trims (not the straps). Where does the brains trust recommend?

Thanks Lee, but he doesn't sell the handles too. No one seems to sell the handles and rosettes sans straps - i can just find full kits as pictured, which ends up being expensive. 

Failing that - does anyone know the dimensions of the black handles? I'll get the trimmer to make some.

Thanks to a PFA member, I've secured a set of rosettes. I'll just get the trimmer to make some handles...if someone has dimensions handy it would be appreciated.
