Gavn Posted 14December, 2021 Report Share Posted 14December, 2021 Hi folks My 997 track car is currently on 19 inch rims and it's a pita getting R specs for them (currently 295/30R19 and 235/35R19). So, I'd like to swap out for 18's to make life a whole lot easier. Any recommendations on rims suitable for track work (or even better....do any of you have 18's sitting around that would be suitable)? Cheers, Gav
MFX Posted 14December, 2021 Report Share Posted 14December, 2021 I know a lot of guys are using Zestino tyres at the track now and they seem to like them, and they are a little cheaper. I just did a quick search and I found the 295 in stock. Could be worth a look. Gavn
911CSR Posted 14December, 2021 Report Share Posted 14December, 2021 AMG Australia sells Oz Racing and BBS wheels. I bought my BBS from them and they were excellent to deal with. I know you can get the Oz Racing in 18's (18" x 8.5" 53ET & 18" x 11" 45ET is the recommended from AMG). I just bought a second hand set from a member on here with Yokohama A052's and they are great.. (Note: Above is not my car, but the wheels are now mine, all mine ) Gavn, spiller, SealG996 and 1 other
