I am a young bloke who has always loved porsches but never had enough money to buy the one I want Anyway im currently in Sydney for the next 5 weeks for work, staying in Potts Point and would love to take some photos. Origionally from Perth I follow all the car clubs in my restored KE30 shooting meet ups and cruises, plus I do individual car shoots. Basically I want to know if someone will let me take some photos of their early 911, or if anyone else would like a photoshoot of their car. I am more than happy to do this for free as I love taking photos and it will keep me out of trouble Keep in mind that I am staying in Potts Point. I am more than happy to catch public transport out to a place to view the car. Im in the Navy and am stuck in sydney for 11 weeks (been here for 4 already) with my camera so I thought I may aswel make use of it. My family lives in melbourne so when I went back last weekend I took some photos of dads mustang. Maybe if I stay active someone will trust me eventually or if the club is having a meet sometime with now and 5 weeks away I can come and meet everyone. withers Posted 6March, 2013 Report Share Posted 6March, 2013 Hi Jack I also found a car photography forum during some google searches. Have you tried joining a forum like that as well? There's a real artform to effectively photographing cars.. composition and perspective is everything, next to exposure of course. It's actually quite difficult! I'd be getting out to car shows etc and any opportunity to practice.
