Yes it would fit and 'should' be plug and play. This particular one looks a bit rough though?

 

Any reason why you want an OEM one?

 

Blaupunkt BT420 is a great replacement and has Bluetooth streaming and hands free.

what wasser said, BT420 is awesome (I bought one on his recommendation) - Bluetooth Audio streaming is the best bit! I've done100km/h in my car with the roof off and still able to have a conversation (without the external mic which is an option)

I was looking at replacing the current ugly non fitting unit withan ooriginal, however will check your recommendation.
