Well I don't think government legislation has been written to reduce emissions. Weird isn't it? Me too, still do in fact yet I HATE ciggies There is a surprisingly young (30 something) guy that smokes one outside work occasionally, complete with tweed jacket and flat cap while toiling away on his laptop.
