Pauly Posted 24October, 2017 Report Share Posted 24October, 2017 Not at this stage as it is a restoration projectI hope I can get the original or at least the case Understood. FYI, the old wastegates can lose the spring tension causing the gate to bleed open. So if you can get a new spring in there would be good. Worse comes to worse, use the TiAL gate in single port mode with the appropriate spring and it will act like stock. Good luck!
9er Posted 24October, 2017 Report Share Posted 24October, 2017 I haven't seen a Garret branded wastegate, I have only seen the Porsche branded ones, part # 930 123 214 1R supposedly correct for 74-94.

tazzieman Posted 25October, 2017 Report Share Posted 25October, 2017 That's like the lucky 0.1% of bacteria that don't get killed by your wife's favourite benchtop cleaner, and crawl out of the kitchen wastegate to take down the family.
