Heritage Parts Centre Posted 5May, 2021 Report Share Posted 5May, 2021 Yesterday we paid a visit to the historic Goodwood motor racing circuit in Sussex, UK. Which, luckily for us isn't any more than a 20 minute drive away. When we arrived the annual Porsche Club GB track day was taking place and we were exposed to all kinds of Stuttgart Metal from early 911's, backdates, 993 RS, 991 GT3 RS, GT2 RS and even a Singer paid a visit. With plenty of track action and static displays to keep us entertained it was great to catch up with some like minded people and have a chat with some other enthusiasts. Heritage Parts Centre Posted 5May, 2021 Author Report Share Posted 5May, 2021 The back straight before the chicane (Lavant) can be very quick in the right car before you have to slow down for the corner and the chicane in the photos. I've drive it myself a couple of times in a fast car and you can see north of 130mph in the right circumstances. It's a great track!
