withers Posted 2November, 2022 Report Share Posted 2November, 2022 PFA price $55k firm ** If you have a trade in or need finance - I can assist with both - please get in touch ** This is a very rare 1999 6spd Manual Vesuvio Metallic C2 Cabriolet that presents in excellent condition. Vesuvio Metallic is a very special Porsche color and was only offered on the 993 and 996 911 for a very limited run. Otherwise Vesuvio Metallic is a PTS color. This car has the rare PSM - Porsche Stability Management option. It also has carbon gear knob and matching handbrake lever. Everything works as it should. 148,000km on the clock with full history and a book of receipts from its life to date. The paint is 100% factory original and the car has never been resprayed or in an accident. The drivers seat has a slight amount of fading on the bolster but otherwise presents well for a 23 year old car I have put a lot of money into this car ensuring it is mechanically sound. Prior to my ownership it had its IMS and Clutch replaced. It has also had: New Pirelli P Zeros on all four corners Rotors and brakes New Starter Motor Minor and Major services Oil separator and oil separator hose replaced New door lock attenuator New key head programmed New headlight switch New gearbox mounts Upgraded 3 spoke steering wheel (original steering wheel is included) Wind blocker included Finally it has a $3500 Car Graphics Super Sound exhaust - sounds magnificent It also comes with a matching hardtop, stand and wind deflector. Genuine reason for sale. I need something a bit more modern for family life. *Number plates not included Service History: 17/05/2001 at 7381km Porsche Centre Melbourne 29/05/2002 at 16,444km Porsche Centre Melbourne 07/04/2004 at 26,012km Porsche Centre Melbourne 16/06/2005 at 30,010km Weltmeister Service 02/06/2006 at 35,118km Weltmeister Service 30/01/2008 at 39,428km Weltmeister Service 04/03/2009 at 49,798km Weltmeister Service 04/11/2009 at 60,031km at Weltmeister Service 01/09/2010 at 70,350km at Weltmeister Service 19/07/2011 at 80,103km at Porsche Centre Brighton 12/11/2012 at 90,842km at Active Motorwerke 11/04/2014 at 104,920 at Active Motorwerke 02/11/2016 at 121, 175 at Absolute Automotive 25/01/2018 at 129,308 at Absolute Automotive 21/12/2020 at 144,048 at Buik Motorworks 15/01/2021 at 144,888 at Weissach Motorsport - brake fluid change 15/03/2022 at 146, 526 at Autoart More photos in CS listing https://www.carsales.com.au/cars/details/1999-porsche-911-carrera-cabriolet-996-manual/SSE-AD-13289640 Tips, SteveF, sjm and 6 others
