Custom Porsche seat shop?

Can anyone recommend a motor trimmer that specialises in Porsche seats, much the same as the guy in the video.

Wholeheartedly agree. John retrimmed my 1968 911L. Carpet , headlining and new seat inserts

Johns been doing my stuff for years - and recently trimmed a set of Lightweight Carbon Buckets for me to match my interior. 
Faultless.

John is a master but extremely busy.
If you have a deadline you could also try John at car interior plus in Artarmon. Also high quality work on Porsche and Mercedes classics

Saw John last week, he's a great guy and clearly knows his stuff. His workshop is full of Porsches. He was the kinda craftsmen I was hoping to find. He's busy but it didn't worry me as I dropped the seats off and will pick them up when I return to OZ in October.
