Car is beautiful, just can't commit to buy right now as I need the sale of the Elise to finalize and the cash to come in.

I woke up at 5am several night thinking about the car, does that count?

And I've been reading the PDF owners manual...

Make sure the contract states "the PPI is to the satisfaction of the purchaser", not just "subject to PPI", and what will happen if not satisfactory.

You'd be amazed at what some dealers will say. Having sold cars for a short time, technically, they only need to allow a PPI, wouldn't matter what comes up. It's been done like in the contract.

I haven't heard of anyone holding a purchaser to this and I'm sure they probably wouldn't to avoid negative publicity, but I'm sure I was told by our guys all those years ago that they could hold someone to it if they were that way inclined.
