Kerry Posted 1December, 2010 Author Report Share Posted 1December, 2010 Of course you're welcome, and your car in whatever state of repair! as for where... probably skirting the Yarra Valley, but this is open for discussion. 9fan always seems to find us a pretty interesting drive up that way though... Look forward to seeing you there Trev, Kerry

INOFXI Posted 3December, 2010 Report Share Posted 3December, 2010 Ok I've missed the last few of these but I'm so in for this run....... provided Frosch is out of the shop and back on the road by then.... she should be. Also I'm happy to sacrifice my old engine parts to the sun gods in hope of getting the roof off, might only be enough for overcast with a chance of scattered showers though. I can not tell you how much driving the girlfriends Hyundai is really starting to "getz" to me, the sun had better be out on the 16th, fingers crossed I'm back on the road and run in by then. webrest Posted 3December, 2010 Report Share Posted 3December, 2010 Steve, have you put a wing on your car or are my eyes playing tricks?? C Oh Chris! Wings are so yesterday. We are all taking them off, not putting them on. It's cool form and function these days not ostentation. Dave PS I'll be there on the 16th. Surely the rain will have stopped by then. Wobbly Posted 15December, 2010 Report Share Posted 15December, 2010 Oh, I have an RS ducktail that I want to swap to the 3.2 whale tail.....hope they are not really yesterday... Do you mean you have an RS ducktail currently and want to swap it for a 3.2 style whale tail? I have a 3.2 turbobody / 3.3 turbo whaletail that I want to swap for either a RS ducktail or a first gen carera whale tail or solid iroc tail... AndyS Posted 15December, 2010 Report Share Posted 15December, 2010 Hi Kerry, Hopefully a starter here as well. We have had too much rain on recent SMT's. I have The Beatles 'Here comes the sun' on loop for good Karma. In fact, I think I am going to make a playlist of 'sun' songs so the weather gods are kinder this time. Lets see: Good day sunshine - The Beatles Summer Sunshine - The Corrs Sunshine on my shoulder - John Denver You are the sunshine of my life - Stevie Wonder Walking on sunshine - Katrina and the waves Sun is Shining - Bob Marley I'll even stretch it to; The Temptations - My girl. I've got sunshine........on a cloudy day.
Kerry Posted 15December, 2010 Author Report Share Posted 15December, 2010 Great to hear you're going to make it Andy, any assistance you can offer with the level of precipitation would be much appreciated! "You are the Sunshine of my Life" by Mr Wonder would have to be one of my all time favourites, so definitely good karma there... What about.... Here Comes the Sun - Nina Simone Ain't no sunshine when you're gone - Bill Withers Holidays in the Sun - Sex Pistols Wasted Early Sunday Morning - Sneaker Pimps Always the Sun - The Stranglers Sunday Bloody Sunday - U2 - LOL! Blister in the Sun - Violent Femmes Oh alright, I might be getting a bit off task, but "its all about the vibe"! Kerry
