Steiny Posted 14September, 2014 Report Share Posted 14September, 2014 Great day - thanks for your hospitality Ken. The pizzas were scrumptious. And Russ, I think there was more oil on you than the floor. Your shorts caught most of it Spectacular prang on the first turn of the Carrera Cup too. Caledonian Posted 14September, 2014 Report Share Posted 14September, 2014 The Sth QLD Tech Day needs to be changed to: "Kens Cars,Cake, Coffee and Pizza" and of course any day that includes the above PFA'ers will have an oil incident somewhere Flat Six "T" did you find a filter? clutch-monkey Posted 14September, 2014 Report Share Posted 14September, 2014 Trying to find details on Nathans Oil Filter (Turbo has different Oil Filters to NA - Thanks Uncle too for the lifeline) if only you knew someone on the southside of brisbane with a 964 3.3 turbo with the same filter, with spares on the shelf.. Russ Posted 14September, 2014 Report Share Posted 14September, 2014 lol, yeah we should've thought of you, but wasn't sure if you'd be around
clutch-monkey Posted 14September, 2014 Report Share Posted 14September, 2014 that is true, but could have arranged something the filter is the same as 944 turbo filter (and i think one of the 928s, different filter number in that case, but near identical dimensions..) FlatSix Posted 14September, 2014 Report Share Posted 14September, 2014 Lol yeah as I said not prepared. No filter unfortunately but shifting is much smoother now, I didn't think it would make much difference but it's much smoother slotting into second now. Sam what brand do you have and what's the part no?

twood Posted 14September, 2014 Author Report Share Posted 14September, 2014 Thanks guys for all the help with special thanks to Mike, and to for Russ providing the entertainment. Actually, I thought I heard Nathan mutter something like " Russ looks quite sexy covered in oil". I could have been mistaken - it may have been Wayne? Nathan , when ordering a new oil filter -order 2-they do not deteriorate Seriously, I was very happy to have my new disc rotors installed and will try them out properly today.
