Mike Posted 27October, 2011 Report Share Posted 27October, 2011 Thank you all for your support. For those that don't know she had breast cancer that was not detected until too late. By the time it was it had gone into her lymph glands and liver. In the last 2 weeks it had become very aggressive, also during the time she was still getting tests and seeing doctors and specialists. Her first round of chemo was last Friday. Saturday was as ok as I guess it could have been for her, but late Sunday morning it all started to go pear shaped. for those interested, the funeral is Wednesday at 11.00 a.m. at StAnthony's in Hawthorn on Barkers rd Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It is a salient lesson to us all about how long or short we are all on this planet, and how the most needs to be made of the time we have with those dearest to us.
