Exceptionally rare Porsche 911 GT3 Club Sport (992-series). Very low kilometres, considerable investment potential.

Asking price is $635,700 or nearest offer

Hardcore sports cars don’t get any better than this exquisite Porsche 911 GT3 Clubsport (992-series), which is universally acclaimed as one of the finest driver’s cars ever produced. This unique Australian-delivered example has extremely low mileage, is in quite exceptional condition, has been fastidiously maintained by its Porsche enthusiast owner and faithfully serviced at Porsche Centre Sydney South: it enjoys a factory warranty until November 2024, extendable for a further 10+ years beyond that point.

Porsche produced just 600 units of the 992 GT3, pretty much of all which sold before the car was even launched. A tiny number made it to Australia. As a consequence the car you see here – particularly as it features the highly sought-after Clubsport Package – has considerable investment potential. If you can resist going out and driving it, that is… Adding to its future cachet is the fact that the 992 GT3 is likely to be the last naturally aspirated Porsche 911.

What makes this particular 992 GT3 so special, however, is the way that it has been specified. It features a range of carefully chosen options to enhance its dynamic performance and increase its aesthetic appeal. These options include:

Clubsport Package – bolt-in half roll-cage behind the front seats, removal of rear seats, portable fire extinguishers, pre-fitted battery main switch, six-point racing harness on driver’s side.
Six-point racing harness on passenger’s side.
Carbonfibre full sports seats upholstered in leather and Alcantara suede.
Lightweight carbonfibre roof.
Sport Chrono Package Plus including prep for lap trigger.
Extended leather and Race-Tex upholstery and trim, with contrasting blue stitching.
Professionally-applied Crayon Grey (a non-GT3 Porsche colour) wrap – can be removed pre-sale.
Lightweight centre-lock alloy painted satin black with a Shark Blue pinstripe around their circumference.
Shark Blue brake calipers.
Shark Blue graphics.
Interior Storage Package.

In addition to this wealth of optional appointments, this fabulous 992 GT3 Clubsport has a lengthy list of standard equipment, including:

Lightweight glass.
Water-repellent side windows.
A manually-adjustable aero package.
Adjustable suspension.
High-performance four-wheel steering.
Driver-selectable dynamic driving modes, including adjustable stability and traction control settings.
Dual-zone climate control.
Cruise control.
Parking sensors front and rear.
Infotainment system incorporating colour screen, in-built hard-drive, voice recognition, satnav, DAB+ radio, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, internet and wireless hotspot with SIM card, vehicle systems displays.
8-speaker 150W audio system.
Automatic dynamic LED headlights.
Rain-sensing wipers.
Keyless central locking and starting.

On road and race track, the Porsche 992 GT3 Clubsport is universally hailed as a pinnacle of sports car design and engineering, and one of the Stuttgart-based company’s finest moments.  Its incredible rarity in Australia – or anywhere else for that matter – means that if you’ve set your heart on owning one, don’t delay in coming to see this fantastic example.  Usually opinions form over time to determine whether a car deserves iconic status – in the case of the 992 GT3, it is already being lauded as such.

After production ends for the 992.1 GT3 I think the number will be closer to 6,000…
