Carrera28 Posted 24March, 2023 Report Share Posted 24March, 2023 If I had an air cooled Porsche, I would get it serviced at Northside Euros in Mitchell, realistically an air cooled VW is not that dissimilar. https://www.northsideeuros.com.au/ Gareth who runs Northside Euros is a very good mechanic, he drives (and races) VWs and loves VW's, so I suspect he would love to work on a Karmann Ghia. The Canberra VW Centre in Belconnen is a VW specialist, I know of people who get their older VWs serviced there and they are happy with their work. https://www.facebook.com/canberravwcentre/ I have personally used both for servicing my water cooled 911 and was happy with their work and have recommended both to others to have older cars serviced with positive outcomes.
