T-Man Posted 10April, 2013 Report Share Posted 10April, 2013 Hmmm....What looks like a Maserati, wants to be a Porsche and is owned by an Indian automotive group?
Pauly Posted 10April, 2013 Report Share Posted 10April, 2013 The power Jag will make with a supercharged (what ever it is) as they said 500hp. Porsche have already out done then with the 4L naturally aspirated flat 6.. I doubt Jag will be able to compete with Porsche.

hugh Posted 10April, 2013 Report Share Posted 10April, 2013 But how fast does it lap the 'ring'? It seems every new sportscar laps the ring "faster than a 911!" I know what I would prefer...................

Coastr Posted 10April, 2013 Report Share Posted 10April, 2013 If Jag introduces sensible pricing in Australia it will certainly steal a lot of Porsche lunch money, that is for certain. They could undercut a 911 and move a lot more units, and most people wouldn't care if it was 8/10ths the sports car that a 911 is. sydr Posted 10April, 2013 Report Share Posted 10April, 2013 The new CEO at Lotus sounded very similar; he had more new models on the go than I've had cut lunches. But he drove Lotus into the ground and is no longer around. Develop a new model by changing the wheel arches and inserting some holes? Yeah, right.
