Niko Posted 24December, 2013 Report Share Posted 24December, 2013 Just seen a black Holden V8 ute (the natural enemy of yellow boxsters, by the way ) with a sticker on his rear window. Depicting a Chevy badge with a big red line going through it. with the wording next to it... IT'S A HOLDEN DICKHEAD!" Which I thought apart from being well said, is appropriate for the current situation Holden is in. I could just never understand why the bucks whack a Chevy badge onto their Holdens. Where is their Aussie pride.....

MB911 Posted 24December, 2013 Report Share Posted 24December, 2013 Holden's are rarer than Chevrolets, so why make your car more common??????? It's got a Chev sourced engine and gearbox, that's it, I wish they would get over it and just leave them as Holden's. +++1 for the Aussie pride Niko

Airhead Posted 24December, 2013 Report Share Posted 24December, 2013 No worse than puttin a Brock badge on a Lada
MB911 Posted 24December, 2013 Report Share Posted 24December, 2013 Yes, it was truly sad Airhead.. Brocky was in a dark place financially and had to sell his soul to the devil (Lada) to be able to afford to keep racing. But, yes you're right, seeing a Brock badge on a Lada, then a Falcon did stretch the friendship a bit...... And yes in a previous life I did own a couple of Brock Commodores and I was a bit of a die hard......
