DJM Posted 10March, 2018 Report Posted 10March, 2018 Only US$700k https://drivetribe.com/p/this-is-the-best-looking-car-at-EPN-VdaZTw-3_CL0xfOsfA?iid=YFDymUsfSqqT3oSYKO9xog&utm_campaign=main+&utm_medium=fb&utm_source=organic
Raven Posted 10March, 2018 Report Posted 10March, 2018 Always like what RUF do taking the 911 to that next level and sometimes beyond ,,,,,the Chassis in that car in very impressive along with many other aspects of the car ...
brian in buddina Posted 11March, 2018 Report Posted 11March, 2018 for 700k it would have been nice to see carbon chassis with tubular front & rear half frames

Coastr Posted 11March, 2018 Report Posted 11March, 2018 I wonder if they have to crash test that chassis, I’m guessing they will for TUV certification. Not sure on the dimensions of this car but to me it’s the direction Porsche should have gone instead of the 991/2, which is fat enough to swallow a 928 whole.

Airhead Posted 12March, 2018 Report Posted 12March, 2018 It's a con. Just a body kit on a 2.4 See the oil filler door on the right rear guard.
Pokiou Posted 12March, 2018 Report Posted 12March, 2018 so... Ruf take a Porsche body, but it on there chassis and then expect people to pay 700k for it? Porsche is ok with the body being ripped off/copied ??
Raven Posted 13March, 2018 Report Posted 13March, 2018 Singer do it also but on a reworked 964 chassis Ruf has been modding Porsche,s to the extreme for decades ,,,I would love to see some one else do this sort of thing a little closer to Oz but at a more realistic price .......$700k is Singer money and that chassis is pretty impressive you could really have one hell of a 911 hot rod with that as its back bone and a classic steel wide body wild 3.8 air cooled power plant ...But say at $350 k ,,that would be a more realistic price ,,you either buy a new GT3 or a new old school hot rod with all the go fast parts and that classic charm ...
Airhead Posted 14March, 2018 Report Posted 14March, 2018 Even at $700+ Ruf don't have a car lot of new cars sitting there waiting for buyers.
LeeM Posted 14March, 2018 Report Posted 14March, 2018 No doubt it's a weapon, but I don't like it. Wheels look whack too. Rather spend that sorta coin on a Singer
