I had trained in Germany 'til 1992 , on the road travelling without a destination for 3 years or so. Landed in L.A. and did the gyms in Santa Monica , San Fransisco , Florida , etc, pretty much got around the place through gyms. I had connections to Dorian Yates and others , which helped. We settled in Melbourne , eventually , 20 years of raising kids and trying to survive as a business slowed it down , only back to train now for a year maybe. Spartans feels like a home you left when younger , and coming back to with deeper appreciation and love.
