Kerry If there is anything I can assist with Kerry let me know, I am an in IT. The service provider should be able to pin point issues through their firewall reports. As I stated earlier I dont want to step on anyones toes and tell them how to suck eggs. If you need anything let me know. For now I will leave my 2cents be.
