ByronBayChris Posted 28November, 2013 Author Report Share Posted 28November, 2013 In all reality, could this ever be called a matching numbers car ? Did the person buy it for the VIN plates and then will graft them onto a different car and then pass it off as a fully restored matching numbers car ? What defines original car ? Just one nut and the VIN ? How could anything that is present in those pix be used in a running car ? May as well buy a replica speedster and stick the vin plates to it.....make $200,000 profit Grandpa's axe syndrome, of course.
