Anyone handy with photoshop?

As per title, is anyone handy with photoshop? I am thinking of making just a couple of tweaks to the visual aesthetic of my car when its in for paint... I used to go ok with it on my old PC, but that was 10 + years ago.

Let me know and I will take car of it for you, good exposure for the car also.
