qstoria Posted 1February, 2015 Report Share Posted 1February, 2015 http://www.cavacomotors.com.au I tried a few in Sydney but I found Carlos to be honest and personable. He is located in Glebe as well which would suit you living in the city. Highly recommended

Carrera28 Posted 3February, 2015 Report Share Posted 3February, 2015 Another vote for Cavaco Plus one more, I used him to do my PPI and first service and he was excellent. He really knows his stuff, has all the equipment you want him to have and knows most the tricks and tips with regards to Porsche.
Tit Posted 3February, 2015 Report Share Posted 3February, 2015 I'm surprised there's not more love for Autohaus Hamilton! I haven't had servicing done there, but every interaction (sales & parts) I've had with them has been excellent.
SteveF Posted 3February, 2015 Report Share Posted 3February, 2015 There is certainly the love but the distance from where Bdunne is may be the issue as there are closer workshops.
84911C Posted 5February, 2015 Report Share Posted 5February, 2015 Another vote for Cavaco, they just did a top end rebuild and gearbox. Fantastic service, kept me in the loop the entire time - and you speak with the person working on your car (there's only two of them).

911sies Posted 9February, 2015 Report Share Posted 9February, 2015 I'll share the Autohaus Hamilton love. Had some work done on my Cayman there last week. They are exactly what I was led to expect..professional, friendly, knowledgable and the temporary keepers of some serious Porsche Porn. The only downside was that I had to go to work after dropping the car off, otherwise I would have bothered them for a couple of hours and poked around all the Stuttgart metal that resides there. Oh yeah, and I'm 5 minutes drive from their shop!.

JV911 Posted 24March, 2015 Report Share Posted 24March, 2015 Autohaus Cavaco is very handy and does do good work though
npvpositive Posted 28March, 2015 Report Share Posted 28March, 2015 I've used Autohaus and Cavaco (Carlos). Autohaus costs more but you get everything fully documented, etc, which is good for anal people like me. If you use Carlos for something like a PPI then all the value will come from your conversation with him, rather than any kind of detailed/fancy report. Horses for courses. Autohaus is more of a "brand name" experience and I'm willing to pay for it. Also convenient for where I live.
