'81 SC with new paint and a forward date body kit for $25k.

Kmh/mph speedo.

Hope it's not a rusty'un

Good base for a back date or hotrod - sell all the 993 bits to fund.

All these retirees who once tracked their cars are hanging up their racing shoes. Seem to be coming from VIC.

This one is not a race car but great colour and motor combo. Speed of stock SC is no slouch but with that motor would just make it power NIRVANA!!! : ). There was one for similar price way back and didn't sell for a long time but it was in race trim vs this one.

LOL

Could have been educated in Europe though - some countries do allow it both ways. So 990 would be XM. Even the Romans didn't seem to be consistent on their own rules, with 4 often being represented by IIII instead of IV etc.

Tony,

Generally I prefer stock but I was actually very surprised how good it looks with Cup wheels on it, modern almost!

I think the stance goes a long way to making it look good with those wheels but I still prefer Fuchs on impact bumpers. I can see what you mean though.

And aren't the MFI pumps somewhere around 5k if you find one? No doubt it will get rebuilt properly and who knows , matched up with it's chassis?

Is it possible to find the VIN to an engine number?……sounds logical but have never thought about how you would go about doing that.
