Do you often browse through car sales to see what is on offer and come across something that is interesting not Porsche related?

Or think, that might be a nice daily driver in city traffic and save the P car the horrors of shopping centre car parking. Well this is the thread for you

My PFA search skills are not obi wan like, so I apologise if there  is already a thread.

On with the show.

It looks like the update Focus ST is due very soon as currently there are quite a few 2014 models listed on car sales for $33 900 drive away.

Shame that G Wagen is a shorty!

I'd take it...don't like the colour much though.  For some reason either teutonic silver or military olive green is my choice.

635 is interesting....

I've been in 'passionate discussions' before about the collectibility of a  635.  On the one hand you have motorsport pedigree, classic looks, relatively simple mechanics (shared driveline components with regular 5/7 series) and good brand.  On the other hand, it's not terribly sporty and retains a whiff of golf club special.  Many are autos, after all.

So it is still pretty much overlooked, a bit like the 928.  Maybe big luxury coupes just aren't where it's at.  Maybe the M3s just put it in the shade too much.

But you can make them look sweet with the right wheels and (cringes) stance.

Edgy if you had that you wouldn't have needed to do your driveway. Might have been cheaper too!

You are right.. I could have bought 5 or 6 of em, maybe more!

I'm still trying to convince myself its not a stupid idea

I just think they look awkward as a SWB, wouldn't be practical for me either.

There is a decent looking SWB on eBay that's a Japan import too.

I don't really like the engine options in Aussie delivered W460's either :(

Awesome G-Wagen is awesome

Always liked the look of these

Doubt ownership would be as good - shocked to see they only had 118kW.

Or for a different flavour 120Y with 450rwhp GTR engine.......looks like it might tip over at the first corner.
