Skidmarks Posted 10April, 2016 Report Share Posted 10April, 2016 undies... it has been brought to me that some on the forum, are unaware of the idiom 'rude health' , or as I stated in my opening salvo ... This SC has been kept in rude health, or some such thing. This quite deeply affected me, which is a mild irony given my intended use of the idiom. Naively I thought it quite the vernacular and in common use? After many straw polls and PM'son this issue I thought it best for full disclosure I provide an explanation on the open forum.Quite to the contrary of most, the use of rude in this instance rather than implying one's manner, capacity to offend, or general demeanour; it does infact imply not easily affected, not made poorly. Implying robust vigour, or great strength. Is it a Viking introduced term, not sure though they gave us some great words: berserker, muck die knife ransack bylaw and cake. Which oddly left me thinking about poor Marie That's deep ...

76 C3.0 Posted 12April, 2016 Report Share Posted 12April, 2016 Michel. I'm digging the colour combo too. Our '76c3 happens to have a near identical interior. We don't have the a/c dash vent or tweeter speakers in door pods but other than that it's bang on. Looks great. I haven't been in the forum for a little while but I'm digging the asking price for the IB's now.
Tips Posted 30April, 2016 Report Share Posted 30April, 2016 The photos don't really do the colour justice IMO certainly looked even better in the flesh today at the show and shine and flying past me on the M4? Late this arvo. The car looks well loved Michael I am sure u will miss it

michel Posted 9June, 2016 Author Report Share Posted 9June, 2016 MY 911 just had the first PPI done ( couple others have expressed interest in the car and a PPI) by a well regarded specialist in Canberra - just spoke to the biz owner and he described the car as exceptional ? TINGY Posted 9June, 2016 Report Share Posted 9June, 2016 "Well I'll just copy paste that for you then"But for those who care I care, i think it reflects back on how the owner cares for their cars, very nice Michel that's very tidy (cared for).I know it doesn't matter to a lot of people how the engine bay looks but i like 'em clean.OCD maybe? LeeM Posted 9June, 2016 Report Share Posted 9June, 2016 I don't think its OCD mate. If an engine bay is dirty and crap everywhere, I would question how well the rest of the car is looked after Looks great Michael
