Jimmy Posted 28July, 2014 Author Report Share Posted 28July, 2014 Those black ones on the 996 are these: http://www.fuchsperformance.com/wheels.cfm The other black ones, the Enkei NT03-M are mine. The ones i bought and pored a lot of time and effort into them and refinished them. They look very similar to the Viber ones. The Enkei are very nice, good job on them Pauly. Jimmy Posted 28July, 2014 Author Report Share Posted 28July, 2014 what about some black gloss turbo twists? they seem very close to the first ones Thanks, they look fine in silver but I'm not a big fan of the turbo twists in black.
Pauly Posted 28July, 2014 Report Share Posted 28July, 2014 Similar, but more of the classic fuchs look. Not keen on selling but anything is for sale at the right price

teknostar Posted 28July, 2014 Report Share Posted 28July, 2014 I reckon if you are going to do it, go for ADV.1's or HREs. Expensive options, but IMO nothing else comes close in the looks department. I would probably increase the size to 19s too. The 18s look too small, and this becomes more obvious with aftermarket wheels.

These cars are tuned for this size and larger ones actually decrease handling performance.

DJM Posted 28July, 2014 Report Share Posted 28July, 2014 Got photo upload to work. This image is my car with Oz rims that I also purchased with the car - I'm told they are 18 x 8.5 & 18 x 12 and standard offsets, no spacers. Very much a track look which suits me because they are fitted with semi slicks and I'll be using them on track!

Edit; They look in proportion with the car, I do like them.

Tit Posted 28July, 2014 Report Share Posted 28July, 2014 I'm with JJ. Wheels usually look as good as they cost. How about a set of CCWs? You can get them mm perfect for fitment because they are all made to order.http://www.ccwheel.com HREs are crazy expensive, but awesome. Pauly Posted 28July, 2014 Report Share Posted 28July, 2014 only problem with cheap wheels. They will crack compared to more expensive ones will bend. all in the quality of the aluminium used. a cracked wheel will shatter and cause all sorts of issues. a bent wheel will let you drive home.
