Diamond911 Posted 14June, 2017 Report Share Posted 14June, 2017 Hi guys,Need to freight a rear bumper in a box (180cm x 80cm x 80cm) and get it here within a week from over East (NSW) to Perth. It's not heavy at all. TNT quoted ~$500.Are there any cheaper/better options?ThanksBryan
AndrewW Posted 14June, 2017 Report Share Posted 14June, 2017 try Pack and Send, they can pack it for you or pack it yourself and do the dockets online and save some bucks. They use the major companies but get bulk ratesyou can get a quote online

Diamond911 Posted 14June, 2017 Author Report Share Posted 14June, 2017 has anyone gone through transdirect? They seem to be an amalgamater and their calculator indicates good rates using Northline transport.

Zelrik911 Posted 15June, 2017 Report Share Posted 15June, 2017 Have you tried Greyhound Freight - last time I used them the max weight was 20Ks (but a little bit more didnt seem to worry them). Max is 200cm x 100cm x 80cm (should be Ok for you?) Much cheaper if you drop off & pick up from their Bus freight depots. They have special rates for Seniors (Hi dad can you help me out?) & such - for example a bike to,anywhere in Australia is $120.I shipped a moped interstate using Greyhound and it was all good. OBRUT Posted 15June, 2017 Report Share Posted 15June, 2017 I've have good results with Transdirect. Either the sender or the receiver can book and pay too - good feature.
dan_189 Posted 19June, 2017 Report Share Posted 19June, 2017 I've also had good results with Transdirect but have always selected TNT as the courier
