Buyer and I could not come to an agreement over some PPI items.I never thought I'd be selling, but I've come across something which I really want to buy.... Hence something has to go You've heard all about this one.It was the first tip delivered to Aus in 1994. Delivered Feb 94, I am the fifth owner. 135,000 kms. Leak down test - 6-8% across all cylindersCompression test - 175 - 185psi across all cylindersAircon is COLD, although compressor is a little noisy.Lots of little things on the PPI, including "radio not original" and "under engine tray missing". It also has some scrapes underneath and some chips in the paintwork - in line with a 22 year old car !The "symbols are wearing off the heater control buttons".....yep, thats one of the PPI issues.....oh well, we must go on.Engine rebuilt 18 months ago, although it's going in a few weeks to have the case resealed. New camshafts, machined heads. Invoice on request.Sunroof works and doesn't leak, although the sunroof felt is apparently misaligned.Rear wing works.Small rust bubble under front screen.Tiptronic-S with the buttons on the steering wheel. All working.Aircon works. Really well. Really really well.Engine rebuilt by Jocaro with photos. Most recently looked after by DHM in Qld.Bluetooth stereo - not original - far better then original.Has books with original owners details (although books are stamped replacement).Engine rebuild cost $25,000. Other 993 owners have driven it recently and commented on the sweet engine.Make me an offer. No reasonable offer refused. Car is in Byron Bay. So am I.Car is currently VIC Registered, and it is a member of PFA - although PFA Membership is not transferable Price will be jacked up a few thousand dollars when I get the PPI things done - so purchase now if you don't mind having a few underbody scrapes and the heater control symbols fading...
