Jcg1 Posted 25January, 2021 Report Share Posted 25January, 2021 Hi guys just looking for a show of hands as to who would like to come along on a drive down south to the peninsula and Finnish the drive at the lovely Dromana estate. I have a client of mine who has recently taken over the venue and has reached out to invite some classic cars to come along and enjoy either a lunch or a brunch whilst allowing us to park on the hard grass area. show of hands who would be keen and what would you like to see ie coffee and bacon and eggs or wine and lunch ??? Arne Krix Posted 25January, 2021 Report Share Posted 25January, 2021 Can do Saturdays or Sunday. Always keen on a drive and social catch up. Not fussed about food . ✅
Grimmy Posted 26January, 2021 Report Share Posted 26January, 2021 Yes, Sunday Mornings always nice to wake up to a social drive with like minded enthusiasts. Early morning starts generally work well to avoid cyclists (well reduce) so "Brunch" is always a good option.
Lucky Phil Posted 26January, 2021 Report Share Posted 26January, 2021 Sounds nice. Early morning best as the roads are a nightmare down here on weekends at the moment with all the tourists coming down to go to the beach. Breakfast sounds good. Suggest a 7 am meet up at BP on Peninsula link then on from there. 2 hour run and breakfast at 9 sounds perfect
Skidmarks Posted 26January, 2021 Report Share Posted 26January, 2021 Either works fine for me.
luzzo Posted 26January, 2021 Report Share Posted 26January, 2021 Could be keen for this. Would be nice to try a wine, but happy for either
reedminor Posted 26January, 2021 Report Share Posted 26January, 2021 Sounds great... breakfast more practical I’m thinking.... but love the idea of mixing Porsches and wine (responsibly)😊
Lucky Phil Posted 26January, 2021 Report Share Posted 26January, 2021 Or breakfast as above, then another run and back for a wine and lunch. Sounds like a great day out to me😋 Arne Krix

Rod C Posted 26January, 2021 Report Share Posted 26January, 2021 I'd be up for an early run around the Peninsula. Also if you wanted too I have a contact who's father has an interesting car collection that he allows groups through to view if wanted to incorperate into the drive to kill some time.
