PatGF Posted 22April, 2015 Report Share Posted 22April, 2015 That's a big call ... What makes youy that ?That's a big call ... What makes you say that ? Being an ex panel beater by trade the eyes get trained well .stickers in the engine bay are all new for the age of the vehicle and same colour (all three)the same panel has shiny newish paint and the welding around the box and rear quater panels are not factory welding. Dreamr Posted 22April, 2015 Report Share Posted 22April, 2015 Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but that black 911 has the wrong rear reflector .... that one is from the late '80's models ...

D-banger Posted 22April, 2015 Report Share Posted 22April, 2015 Are you interested in purchasing it? Let me know how the inspection goes☺ Nah. I meant check the welding on an original car so the I know in the future to recognise factory welding.
09ELF Posted 23April, 2015 Report Share Posted 23April, 2015 pops on new fender and coat of paint and none the wiser... That is the scary part tbh - its proabably more important the chasis is straight and not been in massive prange. Im sure over 90% of air cooled has had new paint splashed on there at some point. If it hasn't and low k's the asking price would reflect it.

StevepGT3 Posted 25April, 2015 Report Share Posted 25April, 2015 265 kW is right for the GT3, Carrera had 221 kW in the sellers comments it also says TURBO, a vin check wouldn`t go astray on that one
npvpositive Posted 25April, 2015 Report Share Posted 25April, 2015 in the sellers comments it also says TURBO, a vin check wouldn`t go astray on that one I think he was just referring to having turbo tie rods. It is a well known car on TYP 901 and will probably sell in about 5 minutes.
clutch-monkey Posted 25April, 2015 Report Share Posted 25April, 2015 in the sellers comments it also says TURBO, a vin check wouldn`t go astray on that one it has a TPC turbo kit on it by the look of it
